Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return: *The item must be unused and in its original packaging. *Customized or personalized products are non-returnable. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). Refunds are offered under the following conditions: *You received a defective or incorrect product. In addition to a refund, we also offer free replacements for damaged, incorrect, or defective products. You may choose to receive a new item instead of a refund — we’ll ship it at no extra cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
